Resumo
A liderança transformacional, caracterizada por sua habilidade de inspirar, motivar e fomentar a inovação, surge como um elemento-chave para impulsionar mudanças significativas dentro das organizações. Este trabalho explora como a sustentabilidade do Restaurante Museo de la Gastronomía Cuencana tem uma relação direta com a liderança transformacional. Embora o museu cumpra uma importante função cultural, observou-se que ainda carece de uma estrutura bem definida para incorporar práticas de sustentabilidade ambiental em sua cultura organizacional. O objetivo desta investigação é analisar a percepção do pessoal sobre a liderança transformacional e as práticas de sustentabilidade ambiental, econômica e sociocultural no Restaurante Museo de la Gastronomía Cuencana. O estudo aplicou uma abordagem quantitativa, com um delineamento descritivo-correlacional e transversal, utilizando-se um questionário com escala tipo Likert dirigido à totalidade do universo que conformaram os 20 colaboradores do museu. Os resultados evidenciam uma relação significativa entre a liderança transformacional e a sustentabilidade econômica e a sustentabilidade sociocultural, enquanto a dimensão ambiental requer maior integração com os valores éticos da liderança. Conclui-se que a sustentabilidade não pode se desenvolver sem uma cultura organizacional sustentada por uma liderança transformacional coerente e inspiradora.
