Resumo
As empresas sociais têm se deparado com situações relacionadas à instabilidade econômica, à agitação social e à globalização. Por esse motivo, o objetivo da pesquisa foi determinar os fatores que influenciam a estratégia de negócios das empresas sociais no cantão de La Maná. A metodologia utilizada foi uma abordagem quantitativa, com um projeto não experimental e um escopo correlacional. Para esse fim, foi aplicada uma pesquisa a 326 PMEs. Para demonstrar os resultados, foi aplicada uma análise fatorial, que determinou 8 fatores de desempenho das empresas sociais. Oportunidades de melhoria foram identificadas nos fatores com valores abaixo de ,600. Por exemplo, no fator de estratégias de marketing, as áreas para fortalecer a responsabilidade e a autoconfiança serão observadas em ,473.
