Abstract
This study investigates inefficiencies in condominium administration and residents’ lack of awareness of coexistence rules in Cuenca, issues that generate dissatisfaction and compromise quality of life in shared residential spaces. The primary objective is to develop and implement administrative strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and foster harmonious living. The research employs a descriptive and explanatory approach with mixed methods. Document analysis, structured surveys, and direct observations are conducted in three selected condominiums in Cuenca, involving a representative sample of 112 residents. These methods identify current administrative deficiencies and inform tailored improvement strategies. The expected outcomes include significant increases in resident satisfaction through strategies emphasizing administrative efficiency, effective communication, and conflict resolution. This study not only provides practical solutions for condominium management in Cuenca but also advances theoretical frameworks for replicable models that integrate operational efficiency and social cohesion, improving quality of life in similar communities.
