Analysis of the manual of coexistence and training standards for the personnel of a local company

Abstract

The organizational communication and the rules of coexistence are fundamental pillars in the business environment, directly influencing the productivity and quality of the services or products offered. This study focused on the company tourism society in Santo Domingo, during the period 2023-2024, with the objective of analyzing the management of communication and the socialization of the internal coexistence manual. Using a qualitative approach and a case study design, semi-structured interviews were conducted, and internal documents were reviewed to understand the perceptions and experiences of employees. The results indicate that, despite the company’s long history, there are challenges in communication and enforcement of coexistence rules, which can lead to internal conflicts and poor work performance. The importance of staff training in communication and coexistence is highlighted as a strategy to improve the working environment. In conclusion, the proper management of organizational communication and the socialization of the rules of coexistence are essential for the success and sustainability of any company. It is recommended that organizations priorities these aspects and invest in training and tools that promote effective communication and a positive working environment.
