Abstract

This scientific article addresses the importance of implementing training programs for Human Talent personnel in the Government of Santo Domingo with the purpose of familiarizing them with the Organic Law of Public Servants. Public administration is an essential component of society, and compliance with the laws and regulations that govern public service is essential to ensure efficiency and transparency in government management. The main objective of this is to provide public servants with the necessary knowledge to comply with the provisions of the Organic Law of Public Servants and aspects such as the structure of public employment, the promotion of an organizational culture based on values ??and principles, and the guidelines established in the National Training and Training Plan 2020-2030. Through a mixed method in which it is studied in a descriptive, exploratory, correlational, and explanatory way. This initiative will contribute to the promotion of legality and the professionalization of public servants, which in turn will positively impact the quality of government services and the trust of citizens in government institutions.
