Resumo

O diagnóstico de infertilidade feminina repercute no bem-estar geral da mulher e de seus parceiros, provocando diferentes sintomas, como estresse, angústia e tristeza, que interferem na capacidade de enfrentar o diagnóstico de forma funcional. Diante desta problemática, a presente revisão sistemática tem como objetivo descrever a efetividade da Terapia de Aceitação e Compromisso (ACT) em mulheres com infertilidade para lograr uma melhor adaptação ao diagnóstico. Para cumprir o proposto, foram consultados estudos selecionados a partir de bases de dados como Scopus, PubMed, LILACS e Google Scholar, utilizando os termos MeSH como "Terapia de Aceitação e Compromisso", "ACT", "Infertilidade", "Mulheres", "Qualidade de Vida" e "Saúde Mental". Utilizou-se o software Rayyan para a triagem detalhada; posteriormente, foram escolhidos os estudos que cumpriam com os critérios de inclusão para serem lidos na íntegra e assegurar seu rigor científico mediante o PRISMA. Para a avaliação da qualidade metodológica e do risco de viés, utilizaram-se as guias CASPe e a declaração TREND. Foram incluídos 4 estudos que reportaram uma melhora significativa na flexibilidade psicológica, assim como uma redução considerável dos sintomas de estresse, angústia e tristeza profunda. Isto indica que a ACT pode ser uma intervenção de escolha para melhorar o bem-estar e a qualidade de vida em mulheres com infertilidade.
Não existe nenhum conflito de interesse em relação à presente revisão sistemática nem com seus resultados encontrados. Ademais, não se recebeu financiamento de alguma entidade pública ou privada.
