Resumo

Em um ambiente de negócios em que a eficiência operacional e a capacidade de resposta ao mercado são cruciais, este estudo se concentra nas redes da Farmacias San Gregorio em Portoviejo para examinar o impacto da gestão de estoques no crescimento das vendas. Para entender como as estratégias de controle de estoque podem influenciar diretamente o desempenho comercial, é adotada uma metodologia descritiva correlacional não experimental de corte transversal. Com base em uma amostra representativa de 20 funcionários e usando um questionário do tipo Likert. Os resultados destacam práticas de gestão consistentes no controle de estoques, manifestadas por meio de uma distribuição simétrica e variabilidade moderada, contrastando com um volume de vendas que tende a valores mais baixos e apresenta menor variabilidade. Essa tendência sugere um mercado potencialmente conservador e destaca a importância de adaptar as estratégias de avaliação de estoque a fatores comerciais específicos. Além disso, observa-se uma correlação significativa entre o uso de sistemas de registro e avaliação, destacando a importância do gerenciamento de dados e da inteligência comercial para a tomada de decisões eficientes no setor farmacêutico.
