Abstract

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the current technological landscape is due to the development of computing, the explosion of digitized data ?big data?and the improvement of algorithmic models of reasoning and learning. This research aims to analyze how transmedia content produced with AI impacts the audience of digital channels. Currently, the creation of transmedia content is based on different programming models whose purpose is to generate products that mimic human ability using various AI platforms. Several digital publishers have already had their first approaches and experiences with AI platforms. This qualitative article focused on a descriptive and exploratory approach. It analyzed the results from the literature review under two sampling criteria, temporal and expert, to analyze AI in creating transmedia content. In conclusion, the use of Artificial Intelligence in digital communication significantly impacts the development of multimedia products distributed across different platforms and digital channels on the Internet.
