Resumen
En un entorno empresarial donde la eficiencia operativa y la capacidad de respuesta al mercado son cruciales, este estudio se enfoca en las redes de Farmacias San Gregorio de Portoviejo para examinar el impacto de la gestión de inventarios en el incremento de las ventas. Con el propósito de entender cómo las estrategias de control de inventario pueden influir directamente en el rendimiento comercial, se adopta una metodología transversal no experimental de nivel descriptivo correlacional. A partir de una muestra representativa de 20 empleados y utilizando un cuestionario tipo Likert. Los resultados destacan prácticas de gestión consistentes en el control de inventarios, manifestadas a través de una distribución simétrica y variabilidad moderada, contrastando con un volumen de ventas que tiende hacia valores más bajos y muestra menor variabilidad. Esta tendencia sugiere un mercado potencialmente conservador y destaca la importancia de adaptar las estrategias de valuación de inventarios a factores empresariales específicos. Además, se observa una correlación significativa entre el uso de sistemas de registro y evaluación, lo que resalta la importancia de la gestión de datos y la inteligencia empresarial en la toma de decisiones eficientes en el sector farmacéutico.
